How it works

Connect. Ask. Decide.

1

Connect your data

Link a database, or drop in an Excel, CSV, or Tally export. Riyu reads the schema and gets to work.

2

Ask in plain language

"What were our top 5 SKUs last quarter?" Riyu handles the query, you get the answer.

3

Get summaries & insight

Clean summaries, structured tables, or key insights, ready to share or act on.

From question to answer

A workspace that thinks in cells, not code.

Ask like you'd ask a colleague

No SQL, no formulas. Type a plain-English question and Riyu figures out the tables, joins, and filters for you, then shows its work.

Which region grew fastest this year?
SELECT region,
  SUM(revenue) AS rev,
  ROUND(growth * 100, 1) AS pct
FROM regional_sales
ORDER BY pct DESC;

See the query, keep control

Every answer shows the exact SQL Riyu wrote. Expand it, read it, copy it, and run it yourself to check the result. Not a black box.

Charts with the takeaway baked in

Inside Riyu

Seven parts that turn a question into finished work.

Workspaces to keep books apart, agents to run the routine, a dictionary to settle the numbers, tools to do the analysis, a web connector to check the market, templates to ship the deck and incognito for the questions you don't want kept.

Questions, answered

Everything you need to know before your first question.

How is Riyu different from ChatGPT or a generic AI tool?

A generic model has never seen your lending book, your policy data, or your Tally ledger. It will still attempt an answer, sounding confident either way. Riyu is built for this class of data, and shows the exact query behind every answer so it can be checked, not just trusted.

How is Riyu different from Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Copilot helps you write; Riyu answers from your data. Copilot drafts emails, documents and slides and analyses files you open, but live databases usually need Power BI, Fabric or Copilot Studio set up first. Riyu queries MySQL, Postgres and SQL Server directly, shows runnable SQL behind every answer, and uses one shared dictionary of metrics so every answer matches.

We already have Office 365. Why add Riyu?

Keep Copilot for your documents and add Riyu for your numbers. Riyu doesn't need an M365 licence, has no Fabric capacity to size or reserve, and you only license the analysts, finance and ops people who actually ask the questions. Start free with 50 credits a month.

Do I need to know SQL?

No. Ask in plain English and Riyu writes, runs, and explains the query for you. Experienced users can still inspect and edit the generated SQL any time.

What can I connect Riyu to?

Databases like Postgres and MySQL, Excel and CSV files, and Google Sheets Query across all of them without exporting or switching tools.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Everything is encrypted, Incognito mode stores nothing, and you can self-host in your own cloud environment for complete control.

How much does it cost?

There's a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. Reports run from ₹32 to ₹80 versus ₹2,000 to ₹1,00,000 for equivalent manual analysis.

How fast is it to get started?
